Every application runs on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure
Not a shared multi-tenant service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to two named, authorized individuals.
For healthcare deployments, Forge operates under a Business Associate Agreement with the practice, and every vendor in the path that processes patient data is covered by a BAA. The HIPAA Security Rule safeguards are in place and documented: audit logging, workforce training, a documented risk analysis, and third-party attestation.
For legal deployments, work is governed by a confidentiality agreement with the firm, on the same dedicated, encrypted infrastructure.
